I am certified as a BPO (broker price opinion professional) this is a process of determining a home’s value in a similar manner as done by an appraiser, and more in line with market values, but done by a realtor; REO (real estate owned) certified, this is a service offered to banks to sell the homes they owned, in cases where foreclosure has taken place; SSS (short sales specialist) this function enables me to effectively assist homeowners who owe more than their home is worth as values have declined, and with their bank’s approval they are allowed to sell the home for less than the mortgage amount; CFS (certified foreclosure specialist) this is the results of having taken extensive courses and training in home foreclosures and becoming familiar with all aspects of it; CHRS (certified home redemption specialist) a function that trains specialist to assist homeowners who want to keep their homes but need assistance is rethinking their finances to make family budget adjustments, and seek mortgage relief from their lender, to be more in line with what their income is. |
